Talking at FLP's Thought Club (Wednesday, May 6, 2026)

My friend Jessica Brown has started a philosophy reading group at the Free Library of Philadelphia, with the wonderful name "Thought Club." It meets every other week on Wednesday evenings at 5:30-- check out the schedule here.

I'm honored that Jessica invited me to talk at Thought Club in May. I'll be sharing my recent research and thinking on music and consciousness, which explores music's mysterious effects upon our being through interdisciplinary forays into aesthetics, psychology, and anthropology, among other fields.
